Verity McCormick

Verity studied Drama and Theatre studies at the University of Surrey. Verity graduated in July 2003 with a BA Honours degree. She has a LAMDA Level 3 Certificate in Speech and Drama performance studies. Verity taught for 10 years at a London performing arts school, teaching ages 3–18 years. She is also an actor and voice over artist for Lawyers Network Television. Verity has always had a passion for the performing arts and theatre. She believes that the performing arts play a vital role in education, inspiring children just as they inspired her to found Theatre Arts UK in 2009.

Liz Donnelly

Liz qualified with a BA Honours in Drama from the University of Winchester. Throughout 15 years in the Arts industry, Liz has performed with many production companies, written and directed original pieces, founded and became director of 'Drama Class' - a workshop project to enhance performance skills and practitioner knowledge. Liz found an interest and passion for the therapeutic effects of performing arts; as it embraces creativity, confidence, emotional and social development. As a Drama Instructor of 5 years, Liz has been delivering workshops to a range of people of different ages and abilities, in a variety of settings including schools, theatres, community drama groups, care homes and a national performing arts School. Liz especially enjoys teaching drama to children, as she finds it rewarding to encourage a child to perform, and then over time watch them grow with empowerment and beam with self-confidence. Aimee Phillips

I started dancing at the age of three, training in Ballet, Tap and Modern. I have taught across Portsmouth and West Sussex for Theatre Arts for 9 years.

In 2024, I completed my DDE Tap and Modern teaching qualifications. In 2025, I completed my Dance Education and Teaching Degree at the University of Chichester. I can't wait to share my passion for Dance and Musical Theatre.
